The Role (What You’ll Do)
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you are the heart of our mission. You will partner with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism to help them live dignified, meaningful lives.
Life Skills Coaching: Help individuals master daily tasks like cooking, shopping, and personal care.
Community Connection: Be the bridge to the local community—taking individuals to events, social outings, and appointments.
Advocacy: Ensure the health, safety, and rights of those you support are always protected.
Documentation: Keep clear, simple records of progress to help us celebrate every “win.”
What We’re Looking For
Heart & Dedication: A genuine desire to help others and a patient, positive attitude.
The Basics: At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Reliability: A valid PA driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Integrity: Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record review.
